Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef in a quality restaurant, hotel, or luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen operations, and food safety standards.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment with a collaborative approach.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality dishes to Four Seasons standards.
• Manage your kitchen section for smooth service.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency, and presentation.
• Support training and development of junior chefs.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety standards.
• Assist with stock control, ordering, and minimising food waste.
• Collaborate with the culinary team across all service periods.
