Job summary

Olympus Dining, part of The Apollo Restaurant Group, is seeking a Chef de Partie to lead daily prep operations, work closely with the Head Chef, and uphold high standards across the kitchen.

You will mentor junior team members, manage stock and ordering, ensure food quality and safety, and contribute to consistent services across The Apollo venues. This is a hands-on role offering development and group-wide benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef de Partie.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Experience with ordering and stock management.
• Passion for quality food and professional kitchen standards.
• Positive attitude and team-first approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily prep operations and manage production requirements.
• Maintain stock levels, ordering and inventory systems.
• Complete stocktakes and support cost control initiatives.
• Ensure exceptional food quality, consistency and food safety standards.
• Support and mentor junior kitchen team members.
