QT Hotels & Resorts, EVT's premium lifestyle hotel brand, is seeking a full-time CDP to join our kitchen team and take charge of In-Room Dining across breakfast and lunch. You'll thrive when the heat's on and bring genuine flair to every plate that leaves your pass.

If you've got 1–2 years' CDP experience in hotels or restaurants, solid kitchen skills across grill, pans and larder, and the ability to train junior staff while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and teamwork, QT wants you on

• Solid kitchen experience across grill, pans and larder.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and manage your section.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure while delivering a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Run the In-Room Dining across breakfast and lunch.
• Support with Conferencing and High Team preparation.
• Maintain product consistency of all food from the kitchen, following standard recipes and portion control.
• Prepare and present all required menu items with strong recipe knowledge.
• Maintain excellent food storage, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards.
• Anticipate and respond to guest needs with professional grooming and positive team relationships.

About the Role

We are looking for a full-time CDP to join the team and take charge of In-Room Dining across breakfast and lunch. What You'll Bring

• 1-2 years' worth of CDP experience in hotels, restaurants, or bistros.
• Solid kitchen experience across the kitchen including the grill, pans and larder.
• Ability to train and mentor junior staff and manage your section.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
• Attention to detail, well-presented and high standards of cleanliness.
• Ability to multitask and perform under pressure, while still delivering a high standard

Key Accountabilities

• Responsible for running the In-Room Dining across breakfast and lunch.
• Support with Conferencing and High Team preparation
• Maintain product consistent of all food serviced from the kitchen, following standard recipes and proper portion control across all outlets.
• Prepare and present all required menu items with a strong recipe knowledge.
• Maintain excellent food storage, cleanliness, and workplace health and safety standards in all kitchen areas.
• Anticipate and respond promptly to guest needs while upholding professional personal grooming and positive team relationships.

This role will be from Wednesday to Sunday working form around 6am to 2pm.
