EVT Group’s QT Hotels & Resorts in Australia is seeking a Front Desk/Guest Services Associate to warmly welcome guests, handle check-ins and check-outs, and respond to requests with efficiency and care.

You will coordinate with housekeeping, manage reservations, and provide information on hotel services and local attractions while maintaining a clean, safe front desk environment. The role supports continuous learning in a Daymaker culture.

Formación

• Strong customer service and communication skills are required.
• Familiarity with hotel systems and procedures is preferred.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and adapt to busy environments.
• Detail-oriented and accurate in transactions; understanding WH&S policies.
