• Provide support to Head Chef and team.
• Daily food preparation for breakfast through dinner.
• Facilitate stock rotation to minimise waste.
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
• Ensure high quality and consistency of dishes.
• Mentor junior team members and uphold food safety standards.
