Job summary

Etymon Projects operates Osteria Luna, a celebrated Italian restaurant in Sydney's CBD. We are seeking a Chef de Partie (Casual, Part Time or Full Time) to join a kitchen led by an award-winning Head Chef and Senior team, delivering exceptional Italian cuisine.

Qualifications

• Qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent experience.
• 2 years experience in a la carte, fine dining or Hatted environments.
• Experience leading junior chefs, cooks and apprentices.
• Experience with rostering and ordering systems beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
• Lead the team in the absence of the senior kitchen team.
• Support with ordering, receiving of goods, stocktake, roster management and attendance.
