Job summary

Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill in Victoria seeks a Chef de Partie or aspiring junior chef to join Executive Chef Paul Wilson and his accomplished team. You’ll contribute to delivering high-quality cuisine and help relaunch The Dining Room with a fresh concept in a multi-award winning setting.

Ideal candidates have commercial cookery qualifications, restaurant/banquet kitchen experience, and a passion for quality, with a readiness to work weekends and holidays within a rotating roster.

Qualifications

• Relevant qualifications in Commercial Cookery.
• Experience in a restaurant/banquet kitchen.
• Demonstrated understanding of Australian food safety and HACCP.
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering high-quality cuisine as part of the relaunch of The Dining Room.
• Work with Executive Chef Paul Wilson and the kitchen team to shape the dining experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of your section and support the workflow.
• Contribute to a warm, hospitable service that reflects the Mornington Peninsula venue.
