Job summary

Crowne Plaza Hawkesbury Valley, located in the Hawkesbury Valley near Sydney, seeks a passionate Full-Time Chef de Partie to support the kitchen team across Gazebo, Harvest, Barracks Bar, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events. The role partners with Head Chef to deliver premium experiences for complex events while maintaining brand standards.

You will work closely with the Kitchen and F&B teams, deliver high-quality cuisine, and adapt to a rotating roster including evenings, weekends and public

Qualifications

• Formal hospitality experience and a strong eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a kitchen team.
• Excellent communication and interpretation of event orders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily operations of Food & Beverage including Gazebo Restaurant, Harvest Restaurant, Barracks Bar, In-Room Dining and Conference & Events.
• Collaborate with Kitchen and F&B teams to deliver branded, high-quality experiences for events and conferences.
• Interpret Event Orders and apply HACCP procedures in daily service.
