Job summary

Crowne Plaza Windsor NSW is seeking a Full Time Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee operations across restaurant, banquets, and events. You will design high-quality menus, manage costs, and mentor junior chefs in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef.
• Experience in a hotel environment would be highly advantageous.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Solid financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.
• Passion for delivering exceptional food and guest experiences.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all kitchen operations including restaurant, banquets and stewarding.
• Lead, mentor and develop a large culinary team.
• Design and deliver innovative, high-quality menus across all outlets.
• Manage food costs, budgets, stock control and supplier relationships.
• Ensure all food safety, HACCP and WHS standards are met.
• Partner with key departments to deliver seamless events and guest experiences.
• Drive consistency, quality and presentation across all food offerings.
