This role starts early (5.30am) with mornings, with mid and evening shifts. You should hold a trade cooking qualification, have Australian work rights, and bring a collaborative, safety‑minded mindset to a busy kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Actively share ideas to improve menus and environment.
• Ensure consistency of food prep for a la carte and buffet menus.
