Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Sydney is seeking a Chef de Partie to join our luxury kitchen team in either In‑Room Dining or Breakfast Service. You will own your section, ensuring every dish is prepared with precision and care to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

You will work with a talented culinary team, maintain high standards of food safety, and contribute to menu development while supporting a rotating roster and a culture of excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience as Chef de Partie or Demi Chef ready to progress.
• Experience in breakfast service, all-day dining or In-Room Dining operations.
• Sound knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and present high-quality menu items according to Four Seasons standards.
• Own your designated kitchen section for smooth service.
• Maintain exceptional food quality, consistency and presentation.
• Assist in training and developing junior culinary staff.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene and WHS requirements.
• Assist with stock control, ordering and inventory management.
