Hotel Palisade’s crown jewel, Henry Deane, in Millers Point, Sydney, is seeking a Chef de Partie to join a meticulous, knowledge-based kitchen team. You will focus on preparing and executing our canape-style function menu, keep mise en place up to date for the à la carte offering, and ensure every dish meets the chefs' standards while maintaining strict hygiene.

Formación

• At least 2-3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Experience in fine or casual dining.
• Strong service skills, with fast pace and attention to detail.
• Strong organization and time management skills.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our team at Hotel Palisade’s crown jewel, Henry Deane. Located at the iconic building in Millers point, you will have the opportunity to learnfrom a meticulous and knowledgeable team of chefs. Be part of a business who has plans to expand.

Your focus will be:

To prepare and execute our canape style function menu

To ensure all prep and mise en place is up to date for our a la carte menu

Ensuring the quality of each dish is up to the chefs standards

Maintaining the highest standards for hygiene and daily cleaning tasks

Controlling the quality of fresh goods deliveries

In this role you will need:

Strong service skills, with fast pace and attention to detail
