Job summary

Topgolf Gold Coast is seeking a Chef de Partie to support the Executive Sous Chef in delivering high-quality, chef-driven meals. You will lead a kitchen team, supervise culinary activities, and ensure guests receive exceptional dining experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in a similar position essential.
• Proven ability to lead and develop a culinary team.
• Culinary qualifications.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Self-organisation, problem solving and time management with attention to detail.
• Comprehensive understanding of food hygiene and food safety programs.
• Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the team in providing best-in-class culinary experiences
• Coach and develop the team and drive Associate engagement
• Delegate tasks as required
• Assist in monitoring inventory and purchasing of products
• Standardise production recipes and presentation to ensure consistent quality
• Ensure proper equipment operation and maintenance
• Assist in coordinating the food safety and HACCP, ensuring standards are maintained
• Ability to work in a fast paced, pressured environment whilst maintaining control of the kitchens and guiding the team to a successful conclusion.
