Job summary

Lagoon Dining in Melbourne is seeking a driven Chef de Partie to join our small, passionate kitchen team on a full-time basis. You will work closely with our Head Chef to drive quality and consistency across sections, with a strong focus on Asian flavours and cooking techniques.

Ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role, be adaptable and detail-focused, and able to work nights and weekends in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• To be successful in this role you must: Have 2+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Be adaptable, organised and have a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organisation and attention to detail — you care about doing things properly.
• Run your section with confidence and consistency.
• Ability to support the head chef.
• Good understanding of Asian flavours and cooking techniques.
• Follows direction well, with good communication and execution skills.

Responsibilities
