Job summary

Cutting Edge Recruitment is seeking experienced Chef de Parties to join a leading hospitality group with multiple Sydney venues. You will manage the Wok section and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

Work with Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop dishes, train junior staff, and ensure timely service. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a Chinese kitchen.
• Experience managing a section of the kitchen.
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Job Description:

The organization is seeking experienced Chef de Parties (CDPs) to join their team. The successful candidates will be responsible for managing the Wok section of the kitchen and ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation are consistently delivered to guests.
