Elements of Byron is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team across multiple venues, including Azure Bar and Grill, SummerSalt, and Breeze Café. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with rosters provided in advance to support work-life balance.

The successful candidate will come from a restaurant or café background, demonstrate strong food safety knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at our award-winning beachfront resort.

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and experienced Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at our stunning resort, working across a variety of vibrant and dynamic dining outlets.

This is a full-time position, offering 38 hours per week, with rosters provided two weeks in advance to help you plan and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Your primary base will be our signature restaurant, Azure Bar and Grill, renowned for its refined atmosphere and seasonal menu inspired by locally sourced ingredients. You may also have the chance to broaden your experience by working in our SummerSalt food truck, located at our adults-only pool bar offering a Mediterranean-style snack menu, or at Breeze Café, where our newly designed menu delivers a fresh and casual poolside dining experience.

Our resort is proud to deliver an award-winning culinary experience across multiple venues, with a strong emphasis on fresh, local produce and exceptional service. This role is ideal for a chef who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse environment and is looking to be part of a creative, supportive team.
