Job summary

Elements of Byron is seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our culinary team across multiple venues, including Azure Bar and Grill, SummerSalt, and Breeze Café. This full-time role offers 38 hours per week with rosters provided in advance to support work-life balance.

The successful candidate will come from a restaurant or café background, demonstrate strong food safety knowledge, and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment at our award-winning beachfront resort.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant, café or high-volume catering environment.
• Strong food safety knowledge and practices.
• Ability to manage time and work efficiently during busy periods.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and pride in work.

Responsibilities

• Work across Azure Bar and Grill, SummerSalt food truck, and Breeze Café.
• Prepare and cook dishes to specification in a fast-paced resort setting.
• Maintain high standards of presentation, portion control and cleanliness.
