Job summary

Elements of Byron is seeking a casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender to join the Breeze and Summer Salt poolside team. You will prepare and serve cocktails, wines, coffees and beverages, take orders, run food and drinks, and keep poolside areas clean and guest-ready.

Ideal candidates have bar/restaurant or resort experience, can make cocktails and coffees, have NSW RSA and Food Handler certs, and are available mornings, evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or resort environment.
• Confident making cocktails and coffees (barista skills highly regarded).
• Current NSW RSA (essential).
• NSW Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain).
• Availability across mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to commit to at least 4 months (WHV welcome).

Responsibilities

• Preparing and serving cocktails, wine, coffee and beverages.
• Providing friendly, attentive service to guests.
• Managing multiple orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.

We’re looking for a casual Food & Beverage Attendant / Bartender to join our poolside team at Breeze and Summer Salt at Elements of Byron.

This is a hands-on role focused on delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced resort environment. You’ll be preparing and serving beverages, taking orders, running food and drinks, and ensuring our poolside areas are clean, stocked and guest‑ready at all times.

Key responsibilities include:
