Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items to a consistently high standard.
• Maintain food quality and presentation during busy service.
• Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
• Manage prep and stock rotation.
• Assist with ordering and inventory control.
• Operate bain-marie service and hot-holding equipment as required.
• Work with front-of-house team to ensure a great guest experience.
• Contribute ideas to improve kitchen operations.
