Job summary

Cherry Sports Group is seeking an experienced Chef/Cook for Club Lennox Sports Club Lennox. You will deliver high-quality meals, support kitchen operations, and help with stock management in a busy club kitchen.

About the role

Working as part of the Club Lennox Sports kitchen team, you will help deliver consistent, high-quality meals while supporting efficient kitchen operations across preparation, service and stock management.

• Prepare and cook quality meals to a consistent standard
• Support production, food preparation and stock rotation
• Assist with menu planning, costing and implementation

About you

• Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery is essential, and it is preferable to also have completed a Diploma of Hospitality Management
• At least two years’ cooking experience in a commercial kitchen
• Experience leading, supervising or mentoring kitchen staff
• Strong knowledge of food safety standards and WHS requirements
• A calm, professional approach under pressure
• A genuine passion for food quality, presentation and customer experience
• Availability to work a roster including days, evenings, weekends and public holidays

Full-Time/Permanent Position Salary Expectation: $75,000 to $85,000 per annum
