Cherry Sports Group is seeking an experienced Chef/Cook for Club Lennox Sports Club Lennox. You will deliver high-quality meals, support kitchen operations, and help with stock management in a busy club kitchen.

Qualifications

• Trade Certificate in Commercial Cookery is essential.
• Diploma of Hospitality Management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook quality meals to a consistent standard.
• Support production, food preparation and stock rotation.
• Assist with menu planning, costing and implementation.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and presentation.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Support, lead and mentor kitchen team members where required.
