Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Chef.
• Availability to work until 9:30 pm on Friday & Saturday evenings is essential.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes.
• Ensure consistency and precision in food preparation.
• Support stock control, ordering, and kitchen organisation.
