Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist chefs with basic food preparation and service.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen and dining areas.
• Wash, sanitise, and store dishes and equipment.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards.
• Support stock rotation and deliveries.
• Empty rubbish bins and dispose waste safely.
• Clean prep areas, fridges, ovens, and equipment.
• Follow health and safety guidelines and report hazards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
