Baptistcare Carey Gardens in Red Hill ACT is seeking a part-time Chef to lead the kitchen, ensuring high culinary standards and compassionate, resident-focused meals.

With a Monday–Thursday roster from 9:30 am to 6:00 pm, this role offers competitive pay under the Hospitality Industry Award, and opportunities for career progression within Cater Care's nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (or equivalent) is required.
• Proven background in fast-paced kitchens; experience in aged care, healthcare, hospitality, or commercial catering is desirable.
• Empathetic and dedicated to meeting dietary needs and preferences.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational skills for weekend shifts.
