Job summary

Compass Group Pty Limited is seeking a full-time Chef to prepare nutritious meals for students, manage stock and food safety, and support school functions. The role offers Monday–Friday schedules with school-hours alignment and opportunities to develop within Chartwells' education catering team.

The successful candidate will have a Cert III in Commercial Cookery, a Working with Children Check or the ability to obtain one, and experience in bulk cooking with team supervision.

Qualifications

• Minimum Cert. III in Commercial Cookery.
• Current Working with Children Check, or ability to obtain.
• Experience with bulk cooking and supervising a team preferred.
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety.
• Passionate about healthy, nutritious food.
• Reliable, adaptable, and team-oriented.

• Prepare fresh, nutritious meals daily for students.
