Carinity Brookfield Green is seeking a dedicated Chef to prepare fresh, nutritious meals for residents in a welcoming aged care community. You will lead kitchen operations, collaborate with care staff, and ensure high standards of food safety and hygiene while meeting dietary requirements.

This full-time role is Mon-Fri, 9:30 AM to 5:36 PM, offering a supportive, not-for-profit environment with ongoing training and development opportunities and a culture of caring for others.

Formación

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
• Experience with large volume food production, preferably fresh cook.
• Knowledge of modified diets and food safety standards.
• A compassionate, resident-focused approach.
• Previous experience in Aged Care/Hospital kitchen is desirable.

About the opportunity:

This is a full-time role requiring availability Monday to Friday between 9:30 AM and 5:36 PM.
