Aufgaben

• Run the char grill station through busy lunch and dinner services.
• Cook premium steaks, chops, boerewors and specialty cuts to perfection.
• Maintain expert knowledge of steak cuts, doneness and resting.
• Stay calm, consistent and fast during peak service.
• Work well with the kitchen brigade and front of house.
• Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness and station organisation.
• Work a 7 day rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
