Grill Americano Sydney, a Lucas Collective outpost, invites applications from top chefs to join our acclaimed team. This premium Italian-inspired steakhouse brings a grand wine program and elevated wood-fired cooking to Sydney's iconic venue.
We are seeking industry-leading chefs with a-la-carte experience, strong leadership, and a passion for staff development. Sponsorships and transfers are available; full-time and casual roles open, with weekend and holiday shifts required.
Competenze
- Chef with experience in premium a-la-carte restaurants.
- Experience with Italian cuisine is advantageous.
- Strong leadership and staff development track record.
- Solid food safety knowledge and standards.
- Able to lead high-performing teams in busy services.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Proficient with Deputy or similar attendance systems; MS Office.
- Willing to work weekends and opening/closing shifts.
- Qualified in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
