Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in senior software engineering leadership.
• Proven track record managing PAS or large-scale policy systems.
• Experience with offshore delivery and outsourced vendors.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a team of software engineers, fostering a high-performing culture.
• Provide line management across permanent staff and contractors within an Agile delivery environment.
• Oversee delivery and ongoing support of Policy Administration Systems, ensuring stability and improvement.
• Manage relationships with outsourced service providers and technology vendors.
• Partner with business and technology stakeholders to prioritise work and resources.
• Lead teams through organisational change and evolving delivery models.
• Champion agile ways of working and promote cross-location collaboration.
