Job summary

Brightwater Care Group in Western Australia is seeking an experienced Change Partner for a 12-month fixed-term engagement reporting to the Strategic Change Manager. You will collaborate with operational leaders, project teams, Communications, Learning & Development, and Organisational Development to help teams understand, prepare for, and embrace new ways of working.

Key duties include partnering with People Leaders, joining the Bright Workforce project, using the change toolkit to assess

Qualifications

• Experience supporting change initiatives in operational environments.
• Ability to build credibility with leaders and frontline staff.
• Confident in facilitating workshops with diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Partner with People Leaders to equip them to lead teams through change.
• Join the Bright Workforce project to understand changes and support needs.
• Use Brightwater's change toolkit to assess impacts and develop practical plans.
• Create leader talking points, FAQs, and quick reference guides for teams.
• Facilitate workshops, demonstrations, and on-site go-live activities.
• Support Change Champions across Residential Aged Care, Brightwater at Home and Disability Services.
• Gather feedback and monitor adoption to sustain change post go-live.
