Are you a seasoned Change Manager who thrives in high visibility environments with complex stakeholder landscapes? A premier New South Wales public sector institution based in the Sydney is seeking a Senior Change Manager for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The Role

In this role, you will take ownership of the change management approach for Phase 2 of a major digital transformation program. Following the successful launch of a core digital platform, you will drive broad stakeholder engagement, transition enhancements into business as usual, and sequence incoming digital initiatives. You will work within an established digital delivery team, managing and coaching a dedicated Change Analyst while reporting directly to the Strategic Change Lead.

The Environment & Scope

Digital Transformation: Web ecosystem enhancements, digital tools, and future enterprise software transitions.

Team Structure: Embedded within a multi-disciplinary project squad with a direct reporting line to the Change Lead.

Delivery Framework: Disciplined, evidence based approach balancing paced paced enhancements with governance.

What You'll Bring

Proven experience leading end to end change management across large scale digital transformations.

Strong history in stakeholder engagement across diverse, senior, and politically sensitive environments.

Experience coaching, mentoring, or managing direct change reports (e.g., Change Analysts).

Familiarity with hybrid Agile and traditional delivery environments.

Ability to work on site in Sydney for key sitting and interview milestones.
