Job summary

Stockland is seeking a hands-on Senior Change Consultant to support a significant Capital Partner Reporting transformation initiative. Working with Finance, Capital Partners and stakeholders, you'll embed new ways of working, drive adoption and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

In this role, you will operate within the Finance Strategic Projects team, report to the Change Lead for Finance Strategic Projects & Enterprise, and coordinate across Finance, Technology, Risk and business units

We're Looking For

We're seeking a hands-on Senior Change Consultant to support a significant Capital Partner Reporting transformation initiative. Working closely with Finance, Capital Partners and business stakeholders, you'll help embed new ways of working, drive adoption and support sustainable business outcomes.

What You'll Do

Working within a Change Function as part of the Finance Strategic Projects team within Group Finance, this role will report into a Change Lead for Finance Strategic Projects & Enterprise.

You'll work across Finance, Technology, Risk and business stakeholders to design and deliver change activities that support new reporting practices, governance requirements and ways of working with our Capital Partners. Your focus will be on preparing stakeholders for change, driving adoption and ensuring sustainable outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering change strategies and plans to support transformation initiatives.
• Conducting change impact and readiness assessments.
• Leading stakeholder engagement, communication and training activities.
• Facilitating workshops and supporting leaders through change.
• Monitoring adoption outcomes and managing change risks.

About You

You're experienced delivering change initiatives within Finance transformation, governance or regulatory reporting environments and you're looking for a role that combines strategic thinking with hands on delivery while contributing to a significant business transformation.
