Job summary

Stockland is seeking a hands-on Senior Change Consultant to support a significant Capital Partner Reporting transformation initiative. Working with Finance, Capital Partners and stakeholders, you'll embed new ways of working, drive adoption and deliver sustainable business outcomes.

In this role, you will operate within the Finance Strategic Projects team, report to the Change Lead for Finance Strategic Projects & Enterprise, and coordinate across Finance, Technology, Risk and business units

Qualifications

• Strong change management capability across planning, impact assessment and adoption.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
• Experience developing communications, training and engagement plans.
• Ability to translate strategic objectives into practical business outcomes.
