Job summary

Stockland is seeking an experienced Finance Manager to join our high-performing finance team supporting the Workplace & Logistics portfolio. You will partner with senior leaders, drive planning, budgeting and forecasting, and deliver insightful reporting to influence strategic decisions.

You will collaborate with offshore teams, including an India-based shared service group, to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables and continuous process improvements across the function.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Experience partnering with offshore or shared service teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Experience in property, real estate or asset-intensive industries preferred.
• CA, CPA or equivalent qualification; SAP and Anaplan experience preferred.

• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting activities across the Workplace & Logistics portfolio with timely, accurate delivery.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to provide financial insights for decision making.
• Collaborate with Head of Property Management and offshore team in India for reporting and forecasting.

We're Looking For

An experienced Finance Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys partnering with stakeholders to drive business performance. You'll be comfortable presenting to senior leaders, working with offshore teams, and taking ownership of key financial planning and reporting deliverables.

What You'll Do

• Lead planning, budgeting and forecasting activities across the Workplace & Logistics portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of key financial outcomes.
• Partner closely with senior stakeholders including Executive General Managers and business leaders to provide financial insights that support decision making.
• Work alongside the Head of Property Management and Investment Managers and collaborate with an offshore team in India to deliver reporting and forecasting activities.
• Drive continuous improvement across financial processes, reporting frameworks and systems to enhance efficiency and business performance.
• Support strategic growth initiatives and provide commercial insights that contribute to the long term success of the portfolio.

Experience & Skills That Count

• Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting.
• Experience partnering with offshore or shared service teams to deliver financial outcomes.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to confidently present insights to senior leadership.
• Experience within property, real estate or asset intensive industries will be highly regarded.
• CA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification, together with strong SAP and Anaplan experience preferred.
