Job summary

Outsized is seeking an experienced Change Manager to support a major technology change program with a heavy IBP focus. You will drive change for integrated planning, CLM and cost reporting, engaging stakeholders and ensuring readiness for new processes and systems.

Role is full-time through Dec 2026 with immediate start, based in Sydney (Melbourne optional) on a hybrid basis, with in-person engagement as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of change management experience.
• Experience supporting technology change and implementation.
• Experience across change planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with senior leaders.
• Ability to own change activities while working in a broader team.
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where designs/impacts evolve.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage/change activities.

Job description

Our client is seeking an experienced, hands-on Change Manager to join a team supporting a major technology change program. The role will focus heavily on Integrated Business Planning (IBP), alongside change support for related technology initiatives including Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) and Cost Reporting & Cashflow Forecasting.

The primary focus will be supporting the enterprise-wide IBP initiative through design and implementation, helping ensure business impacts are understood, stakeholders are engaged, and teams are prepared for new processes, systems and ways of working. The successful consultant will be able to quickly understand projects and business impacts, build strong stakeholder relationships and take ownership of change activities through to delivery.

This is a full-time role running through to the end of December 2026, with an immediate start. The role is based in Sydney (Melbourne as a second preference), and operates on a hybrid basis, with in-person engagement with project teams and stakeholders as required.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver change plans aligned to project timelines and priorities.

• Work closely with leaders, Product Owners and project teams to prepare people for upcoming changes.
• Coordinate training, business readiness and implementation support.

• Work as part of an integrated change team, coordinating activities and dependencies across projects.
• Maintain change activities, milestones and reporting in Jira and Confluence.

Your Background

• At least 6 years of change management experience.
• Strong experience supporting technology change and implementation.
• Experience across change planning, impact assessment, stakeholder engagement, communications, readiness, training and adoption.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including confidence working with senior leaders.
• Ability to own change activities while working effectively as part of a broader team.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where project designs and impacts may continue to evolve.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence to manage and report project or change activities.

Highly Desirable

• Integrated Business Planning or enterprise planning experience.
• Experience working in Agile technology delivery environments.
• Previous consulting experience.
• Experience in a hyperscale, high-growth or rapidly growing organisation.
• Exposure to AI-related technology change.
