Job summary

Stockland is seeking a Senior Finance Business Partner to join the Enterprise FP&A team. You will partner with senior leaders across Finance, People & Culture, and CIO to drive accountability and deliver insights for strategic decisions.

The role focuses on leading reporting, forecasting and analysis of corporate overheads, driving continuous improvement and enabling automation across planning and performance management capabilities.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified with strong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance roles.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with senior leaders in a large scale or listed corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management with credibility to engage, influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Experience delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting and driver-based analysis.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Senior Finance Business Partner to join our Enterprise FP&A team. Supporting several key corporate functions across the business, you'll work closely with senior leaders from Finance, People & Culture, CIO and other corporate functions to provide commercial insights, challenge thinking, improve processes and help drive informed decision making.

This is a highly visible role offering exposure to senior leadership, the opportunity to influence strategic outcomes and the chance to contribute to the ongoing evolution of our planning, reporting and performance management capability.

What You'll Do

• Partner with senior leaders across Finance, People & Culture, CIO and other corporate functions as a trusted advisor to drive accountability and challenge assumptions to improve business results.
• Lead the reporting, forecasting and analysis of corporate overheads, providing accurate insights that support business performance and strategic decision making.
• Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve controls and enhance ways of working through automation and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support the ongoing evolution of planning and reporting systems, helping deliver greater transparency, consistency and efficiency across the organisation.

Experience & Skills That Count

• CA or CPA qualified with strong experience in finance business partnering, FP&A or commercial finance roles.
• Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders within a complex, large scale or listed corporate environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence and credibility to engage, influence and challenge senior leaders.
• Experience delivering financial planning, forecasting, reporting and meaningful driver based analysis.
• Experience with Anaplan, SAP or similar enterprise planning and reporting systems is advantageous.
