Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a skilled Change Management professional to lead and deliver tailored change programs across multiple industries from Melbourne or Sydney.

You will design change strategies, engage stakeholders, and champion a people-centric culture within the People & Change team.

This role focuses on driving transformation across Financial Services, Insurance, Mining, Retail, and Healthcare with a strong delivery and relationship-building ethos.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in change management spanning strategy, design and planning across diverse sectors.
• Proven ability to engage a diverse range of client and internal stakeholders.
• Strong skills in developing programs that uplift team capabilities; not necessarily instructional design.
• Flexible problem-solving and ability to navigate organisational complexity.
• No work visa sponsorship available.
• Required to work in Melbourne or Sydney.
