Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an Associate Change Analyst for a 12-month initial contract, with an extension option, to support large-scale digital and technology transformation initiatives for an Australian Government agency. Hybrid working across Canberra, Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane.

You will plan, coordinate and deliver organisational change activities across ICT and digital programs, working with Change Managers, Project Managers and stakeholders to assess impacts and support adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational change within ICT, digital transformation, technology implementation or business transformation projects.
• Experience undertaking change impact assessments, readiness assessments or stakeholder analysis activities.
• Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing or supporting communications, training or business readiness activities.
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage competing priorities.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability focusing on outcomes.

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Associate Change Analyst to support the successful delivery of large-scale digital and technology transformation initiatives within a major Australian Government agency.

This role will suit a hands‑on change professional who enjoys working directly with project teams, stakeholders and business areas to ensure successful adoption of new technologies, systems and ways of working.

You will be part of a high-performing transformation environment supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives that impact staff, business processes, service delivery and digital capabilities.

About the Role As an Associate Change Analyst, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of organisational change activities across ICT and digital transformation programs.

Working closely with Change Managers, Project Managers, Communications specialists and business stakeholders, you will assist in assessing impacts, preparing stakeholders for change and supporting adoption activities to ensure successful project outcomes.

This role requires strong stakeholder engagement skills, the ability to communicate complex information clearly, and experience supporting change within technology-enabled projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and lessons learned activities.

Essential Experience We Are Seeking Candidates Who Can Demonstrate

• Experience supporting organisational change within ICT, digital transformation, technology implementation or business transformation projects.
• Experience undertaking change impact assessments, readiness assessments or stakeholder analysis activities.
• Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or similar frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience developing or supporting communications, training or business readiness activities.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Analytical and problem‑solving capability with a focus on outcomes.

Desirable Experience Candidates with one or more of the following will be highly regarded:

• Prosci, CCMP, Agile Change, APMG Change Management or related certification.
• Experience working in Australian Government environments.
• Exposure to ERP, CRM, Microsoft 365, Dynamics, Salesforce, SAP or other enterprise platforms.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum or SAFe delivery environments.
• Baseline Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
