Job summary

Responsibilities include change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, and delivering change, communications and engagement plans, plus leading business readiness and training.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in organisational change management.
• Experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
• Ability to independently manage change deliverables from planning through implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and written communication skills.
• A pragmatic and proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
• Experience in higher education, HR transformation or data-related programs will be highly regarded.

Location: Sydney | Hybrid - 3 days onsite

Contract: Until 31 March 2027 Rate: $800-$900 per day + super Start: Immediate start preferred

This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can work autonomously, quickly understand a complex program environment and take ownership of change activities with minimal direction.

• Lead business readiness, training and enablement activities.

• Engage with business leaders, SMEs, project teams and operational stakeholders.
