A leading higher education organisation is seeking an experienced Senior Change Analyst to support a major technology transformation program.
This is a hands-on delivery role for someone who can work autonomously, quickly understand a complex program environment and take ownership of change activities with minimal direction.
Conduct change impact assessments and stakeholder analysis.
Develop and deliver change, communication and engagement plans.
Lead business readiness, training and enablement activities.
Engage with business leaders, SMEs, project teams and operational stakeholders.
Manage competing priorities and tight delivery timelines.
Produce clear, high-quality change documentation and communications.
Support the Change Lead and Senior Project Managers in delivering program outcomes.
5-7+ years' experience in organisational change management.
Strong experience supporting large-scale technology or digital transformation programs.
Ability to independently manage change deliverables from planning through implementation.
Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation and written communication skills.
A pragmatic and proactive approach in fast-paced environments.
Experience in higher education, HR transformation or data-related programs will be highly regarded.
You are an experienced Senior Change Analyst who combines strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You can quickly build relationships, identify change impacts and drive practical outcomes without extensive onboarding or supervision.
