Job summary

Davidson is partnering with a leading organisation undergoing a significant transformation program. We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst with strong exposure to release, implementation and business readiness activities.

In this role you will coordinate change across project, technology and business teams, support release milestones, and ensure impacted teams are prepared for deployment, go-live and transition into BAU. Hybrid working available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Change Analyst, Implementation Analyst or similar.
• Experience supporting business readiness, release or implementation activities.
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communications.
• Experience preparing reporting or materials for Steering Committees or senior governance forums.
• Understanding of activities required to prepare a business for go-live.
• Experience within banking or broader financial services is highly preferred.
• Exposure to large-scale technology implementations or transformation programs would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills to manage competing milestones and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Support release and implementation planning across key program milestones.

• Track implementation actions, risks, dependencies and readiness criteria.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications and training activities.

• Support SteerCo meetings through clear progress reporting, risks, decisions and key implementation updates.
• Work closely with delivery, technology and business teams throughout the release lifecycle.
• Support cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities.
• Monitor adoption and supporting the transition of change into BAU.

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Change Analyst with strong exposure to release, implementation and business readiness activities.

Working across project, technology and business teams, you will support the coordination of change through key release milestones, helping ensure impacted teams are prepared for deployment, go-live and transition into BAU.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting release and implementation planning across key program milestones
• Coordinating business readiness activities ahead of deployment and go-live
• Conducting change impact assessments across people, process and technology
• Tracking implementation actions, risks, dependencies and readiness criteria
• Supporting stakeholder engagement, communications and training activities
• Preparing updates, reporting and materials for Steering Committee and governance forums
• Supporting SteerCo meetings through clear progress reporting, risks, decisions and key implementation updates
• Working closely with delivery, technology and business teams throughout the release lifecycle
• Supporting cutover, go-live and post-implementation activities
• Monitoring adoption and supporting the transition of change into BAU

About You
You will be a hands-on Change Analyst who is comfortable working in a fast-paced implementation environment and coordinating activity across multiple stakeholder groups.

Ideally, you will bring:

• Previous experience as a Change Analyst, Implementation Analyst or similar
• Strong experience supporting business readiness, release or implementation activities
• Experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement and communications
• Experience preparing reporting or materials for Steering Committees or senior governance forums
• A strong understanding of the activities required to prepare a business for go-live
• Experience within banking or broader financial services is highly preferred
• Exposure to large-scale technology implementations, system releases or transformation programs would be advantageous
• Strong organisation skills with the ability to manage competing milestones and dependencies
