Job summary

Bluefin Resources Pty is seeking a proactive Change Analyst to support a major transformation program. The role focuses on assessing change impacts, enabling business readiness, and delivering structured change management activities in collaboration with project teams and stakeholders.

You will contribute to change plans, communications, and governance reporting while identifying risks and supporting effective mitigation strategies across the initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting organisational change, business transformation or project delivery initiatives.
• Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies, such as Prosci and ADKAR.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and contribute effectively within a team.

Working closely with project teams and key stakeholders, you will play an important role in assessing change impacts, supporting business readiness and ensuring effective change management activities are delivered throughout the program.

• Experience supporting organisational change, business transformation or project delivery initiatives.
• Familiarity with recognised change management methodologies, such as Prosci and ADKAR.
• Strong analytical, documentation and problem-solving skills.Experience developing change artefacts, reports, stakeholder materials and program documentation.
• Well-developed interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills.
• The ability to manage competing priorities, work autonomously and contribute effectively within a team.
