Job summary

James Milson Village in North Sydney is seeking an accomplished CFO to lead finance, property and asset management across multiple sites in a not-for-profit aged care environment.

You will shape financial strategy, drive governance, and partner with the CEO to deliver the $200M redevelopment and ongoing commercial stewardship. This role requires strategic impact with hands-on leadership.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualifications and essential aged care experience.
• Strong strategic and operational finance leadership.
• Experience in capital investment, financial modelling and funding arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Lead finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships.
• Board and Committee leadership; be the trusted financial adviser to the Board.
• Shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions.
