Job summary

James Milson Village in North Sydney seeks an accomplished CFO to lead the finance function within a medium-sized, not-for-profit aged care organisation. You will influence strategic direction, oversee multi-site operations and partner with a visionary CEO to deliver a $200M redevelopment and a robust financial program.

You’ll manage an established team, ensure governance and funding arrangements, and contribute to senior leadership across finance, property, asset management and IT relations.

Qualifications

• CA/CPA qualifications and aged care experience
• Strong strategic and operational finance leadership
• Experience in capital investment, financial modelling and funding arrangements

Responsibilities

• Shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions.
• Guide financial performance, governance and commercial stewardship.
• Be the trusted financial adviser to the Board and lead the Audit and Risk Committee.
• Lead finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships.
