James Milson Village, an established aged care and retirement living provider in NSW, seeks a CFO to shape financial strategy for a $200M redevelopment and guide the $30M operating business. You will partner with the Board, oversee governance, and align capital funding with strategic goals.

Join a capable finance team, drive financial modelling, manage investment decisions, and lead outsourced IT and asset management relations as part of an executive remit.

Formación

• CA or CPA qualifications
• Essential aged care experience in residential aged care, retirement living or home care
• Strong strategic and operational finance leadership, governance and commercial judgement
• Experience in capital investment, financial modelling and funding arrangements
• Confidence to influence, communicate and challenge constructively
• Energy, resourcefulness and genuine willingness to get involved

This is a CFO role with an established aged care and retirement living provider entering an ambitious new chapter with a $200 million redevelopment planned over the next five years. You will shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions for the redevelopment, guide financial performance and governance for the $30M operating business, and serve as trusted financial adviser to the Board. You will lead the Audit and Risk Committee and have a broad executive remit including finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships. You will join an established, capable finance team with mature financial processes.
