Job summary

James Milson Village in North Sydney is seeking an accomplished CFO to lead finance, property and asset management across multiple sites in a not-for-profit aged care environment.

You will shape financial strategy, drive governance, and partner with the CEO to deliver the $200M redevelopment and ongoing commercial stewardship. This role requires strategic impact with hands-on leadership.

We’re searching for an accomplished, energetic CFO who can think strategically, lead operationally and turn big-picture ambitions into achievable outcomes.

THE OPPORTUNITY – NUMBERS WITH PURPOSE

There’s plenty here to engage a commercially astute finance leader:

• $200M redevelopment – Shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions.


• $30M operating business – Guide financial performance, governance and commercial stewardship.


• Board and Committee leadership – Be the trusted financial adviser to the Board, contribute to strategic decisions and lead the Audit and Risk Committee.


• Broad executive remit – Lead finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships.

Importantly, you’re not inheriting a broken finance function. You’ll have an established, capable team and mature financial processes to build upon.

Your contribution will extend well beyond the numbers.
