Qualifications
- CA or CPA qualifications
- Essential aged care experience in residential aged care, retirement living or home care
- Strong strategic and operational finance leadership, governance and commercial judgement
- Experience in capital investment, financial modelling and funding arrangements
- Confidence to influence, communicate and challenge constructively
- Energy, resourcefulness and genuine willingness to get involved
Responsibilities
- Shape financial strategy, feasibility, funding and investment decisions for the $200M redevelopment
- Guide financial performance, governance and commercial stewardship of the $30M operating business
- Be the trusted financial adviser to the Board and contribute to strategic decisions
- Lead the Audit and Risk Committee
- Lead finance, property, asset management and outsourced IT relationships
