Qualifications

• Commercially astute finance leader with strong financial management, cashflow, forecasting and analytical capability.
• Experience in aged care or regulated environments is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic, commercial and operational financial leadership across the organisation.
• Assess strategic and M&A opportunities, including financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and synergy identification.
• Drive operational efficiencies, strengthen financial disciplines and reporting.
• Develop strategies to address underperforming services while maintaining quality care.
