Job summary

Little Wonderland Childcare Centre in Carole Park, QLD, seeks an experienced Cert III & Diploma Lead Educator to join our vibrant team and deliver high-quality early childhood education and care. You will support young learners with warmth, using engaging, developmentally appropriate programs.

As Lead Educator, you will mentor junior staff, collaborate with families and the community, and ensure compliance with childcare regulations and centre policies while upholding our inclusive, play-based

Qualifications

• A Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent qualification.
• Extensive experience as a Cert III or Diploma-qualified Educator in a long day care or outside school hours care setting.
• Deep understanding of child development, pedagogy and the Early Years Learning Framework.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with children, families and the team.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality educational programs.
• Current First Aid, Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certifications.
• Working with Children Check (or ability to obtain).
