Job summary

Mothercraft Child Care Centre in Toowoomba is seeking passionate Diploma Qualified Lead Educators and Certificate III Qualified Educators to join our dedicated team. We value warm, engaging educators who create nurturing learning environments where children can thrive and feel safe.

You will lead and mentor other educators, collaborate with the team, and implement the EYLF and NQS to support quality care and education in our not-for-profit centre.

Qualifications

• Hold, or be actively studying towards, a Diploma or Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Demonstrate a sound understanding of EYLF and NQS
• Hold a current Paid Blue Card
• Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Be committed to ongoing professional growth and learning
• Enjoy working collaboratively within an established and supportive team environment
• A current First Aid and CPR Certificate is preferred but not essential

About you

Hold, or be actively studying towards, a Diploma, Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care, or an ACECQA-approved qualification

Demonstrate a sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Hold a current Paid Blue Card

Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills

Be committed to ongoing professional growth and learning

Enjoy working collaboratively within an established and supportive team environment

We are a parent-run Committee Childcare Centre and not-for-profit organisation operating hours 7:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday.
