Job summary

Knight Frank Australia seeks a hands‑on Centre Manager to oversee daily operations for a shopping centre portfolio in the West of Sydney, including Ropes Crossing, Cherrybrook, Jordon Springs and Lake Munmorah. You will balance day‑to‑day management with a complex stakeholder environment to drive improvements and visible outcomes for retailers, customers and the local community.

Qualifications

Experience leading day‑to‑day operations of a shopping centre or portfolio.
Ability to drive foot traffic, retailer performance and customer experience.
Proven track record in motivating on‑site teams and delivering service excellence.

Responsibilities

Lead day‑to‑day management delivering operational, commercial and customer outcomes.
Prepare and manage annual operating budgets, forecasts and capex plans.
Drive retailer engagement and performance through proactive communication and issue resolution.
Monitor centre performance: sales trends, customer feedback, occupancy and key metrics for improvement.
Partner with Asset Management, Leasing and Marketing to support activations and asset enhancement.
Oversee facilities management, maintenance programs, safety and contractor performance.
Ensure compliance with safety, risk, governance and records management.
